  • iconCommercial Register (as applicable to the jurisdiction)
  • iconIncumbency Certificate or equivalent (issued within the last 3 months)
  • iconValid trade license (if applicable)
  • iconMemorandum and Articles of Association or equivalent
  • iconUBO Declaration
  • iconBoard/shareholder’s resolution

Individual iconIndividual

Required documents for individual applicants

  • iconValid Passport Copy
  • iconCopy of Residency Visa (for UAE Residents) or entry stamp and signature pages
  • iconCopy of Emirates Id (as applicable)
  • iconValid trade license (if applicable)
  • iconBusiness Plan
  • iconPower of Attorney (if applicable)
  • iconSource of Funds (not required at the initial stage but might be requested during processing the application)

License Renewal

Documents required for renewal process

  • iconAnnual Return
  • iconUpdated Client Confirmation Letter
  • iconUpdated documents if any of the KYC documents are expired

Amendment

Documents required for various amendment processes

  • iconFor Change in Shareholder Refer to the Onboarding Document List
