Incorporation
Corporate
Required documents for corporate entities
Certificate of Good standing/Extract- Commercial Register (as applicable to the jurisdiction)
- Incumbency Certificate or equivalent (issued within the last 3 months)
- Valid trade license (if applicable)
- Memorandum and Articles of Association or equivalent
- UBO Declaration
- Board/shareholder’s resolution
Individual
Required documents for individual applicants
- Valid Passport Copy
- Copy of Residency Visa (for UAE Residents) or entry stamp and signature pages
- Copy of Emirates Id (as applicable)
- Valid trade license (if applicable)
- Business Plan
- Power of Attorney (if applicable)
- Source of Funds (not required at the initial stage but might be requested during processing the application)
License Renewal
Documents required for renewal process
- Annual Return
- Updated Client Confirmation Letter
- Updated documents if any of the KYC documents are expired
Amendment
Documents required for various amendment processes
- For Change of Activity Updated Business plan
- For Change in Shareholder Refer to the Onboarding Document List
- Any change in Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) should be informed within 2 weeks
